Nestled in Houston's historic neighborhood of River Oaks,  State of Grace was conceived as an elegant country hunting haus, giving a nod to Texas' German history and the state's love of the tradition of hunting ranches. A grand old live oak tree lords over the main dining room, providing a dappled light that reflects off the warm white original brick walls.

Complete conception, design and installation of Restaurant for Ford Fry restaurants by Elizabeth Ingram.

Glamour isn’t often easily discernable, but this project is the epitome of it. The room is evocative and dazzling. It captures the romance of another era while being modern at the same time—no easy feat.
